Trello integration for automation, e.g. action to create Trello cards based on Jira issues status

      In our work process, we ask the developers to create a card on trello so it will be easy for tech leads to manage them easily. 

      I want to automate this part of the workflow but I can't find a way. 

      I need to create a card on trello when specific Jira issue is marked as in progress & it has a pull request linked to it.
