Track any changes in the Automation Global configuration page in an Audit Log

      Problem Definition

      Currently, there isn't a way to track any changes in the Automation's global configuration on this page https://<site>.atlassian.net/jira/settings/automation#/config

      Suggested Solution

      Create an audit log similar to Automation rule audit logs for any changes done on the Automation's global configuration page. 

      Why this is important

      It is important for admins to track changes and who made changes for auditing purposes.
