Issue Summary

Adding the comment section in every Automation action so that whenever any changes is performed in the rule, the comment can be updated in the action to keep the track. This comment section does not need to be executed, just like the internal comments in the action.

The section in every Automation Action will help track the changes made with the reason.

Actual Results

The Automation actions does not have section to mention who updated it or what changed was made.
