Rich text editor for text fields in Automation, e.g. ability to add/update content on Confluence page

      Suggestion

      As of now, A4J does not support the way we can customise text using the Atlassian editor for Summary, Comment etc. Automation should enable fields to have richer content in the field values.

      e.g the Status lozenge can’t be created using the Automation rule.
