Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a custom Field with Multi line text
2. Add a image in custom field and save, attachment will get added to the issue.
3. Create a Automation to Edit field, Select the field and don't put any value, let the field be cleared.
4. Run the automation, the field will be cleared
5. Unable to Delete attachment from the UI, Delete Attachment option is missing.

Expected Results

User should be able to Delete Attachment, even if the field is cleared

Actual Results

The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:

Delete Attachment option is missing from the UI, Unable to Delete attachment from UI.

Workaround

Delete the Attachment using REST API
