Issue Summary
When a user owns Automation Rules and it is deactivated. When you try to use the "Transfer user" feature, the deactivated/deleted user does not show in the user picker dropdown.
Steps to Reproduce
- Suspend Access/Delete a current Automation rule owner.
- Go to Global Settings-System- Global Automation - Transfer user.
- Try to select the deactivated/deleted user from the user picker dropdown
Expected Results
To be able to select the user if the user currently owns an Automation rule, regardless of its account status.
Actual Results
The user does not show up in the user picker list, making it very inconvenient when hundreds of rules need to be updated.
Workaround
There are 2 workarounds:
- Manually update the owner in rule details.
- Temporarily restoring access to the user, remove the user from any group they are on (to prevent unwanted access), transfer the ownership and suspend access again.
