Issue Summary
Automation rule page does not load for users using Thai(ภาษาไทย) language
Steps to Reproduce
- Access https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences
- Change your language to Thai: "ภาษาไทย"
- Try to access automation rules page.
https://<SITE>.atlassian.net/jira/settings/automation#/rule-list
Expected Results
You should be able to load the page just fine and see a list of all of your automation rules
Actual Results
You are only going to see a blank page and no errors are shown in UI.
Workaround
Users would need to pick a different language in the meantime.
