Ability to work with files and attachments via API in automation, e.g. to copy attachments from one cloud instance to another cloud instance

      At the moment, we can create ticket from one instance to another instance using REST API in Automation.

      But its not possible to copy attachments or post attachments from one instance to another instance.

      We need the ability to copy attachments as well to be passed to new issue in another instance.
