Issue Summary

When a sandbox is removed but this sandbox had automation rules with the trigger schedule event, it might end with undesired failed execution emails since the rule and tenant don't exist. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set up an automation rule with the scheduled event and turn it on. 
2. Delete the sandbox
3. the next time, you will receive constant emails about the failure of the rule 

Expected Results

The emails shouldn't be sent. 

Actual Results

Constant emails are sent:

To stop receiving these e-mails, please update your notify on error settings in the rule details for this rule.
