Search Goals fails with more than 5 Tags

      Issue Summary

      When trying to find goals using more than 5 tags as a filter, it returns an error message:

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create more than 5 tags under an Atlas Project
      2. Open the Goal Search page and add more than 5 Tags on the filter:

      Being able to filter the Goals and find them:

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
