Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Goal or Sub-Goal in atlas
2. Navigate to the About section - click the button to add a table
3. As observed below - the UI is unusable

I'm also unable to copy a table from a Jira epic and paste it into the About section. Which is vital for the customer who reported the problem.

Expected Results

• Being able to create a table and edit it. (I found this bug report related to this case https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ATLAS-69 - so we know that at some point table were usable)
• The ability to copy tables from other Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence and paste them into the About section of a Goal.

Actual Results

A table impossible to be used.
