Issue Summary

When adding a table in any text field in the "About" section of a Project or Goal, it's impossible to adjust column width. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to any Project or Goal and open the "About" section
2. Click "Edit" to open up a text field
3. Add a table and try adjusting its width 

Expected Results

You can adjust the column width. 

Actual Results

It's not possible to adjust column width, but you can interact with the table, add new column or rows, etc.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
