Authenticating with Atlas in the MS Teams desktop app isn't working

      Issue Summary

      Authenticating with Atlas in the MS Teams desktop app isn't working and is throwing the "Could not connect to Microsoft Teams" error message.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to the MS Teams desktop app
      2. Add the Atlas app
      3. Click "Login"

      Expected Results

      You authenticate with Atlas in the pop-up window successfully. 

      Actual Results

      The pop-up window shows the "Could not connect to Microsoft Teams" error message.

      Workaround

      Authenticate with Atlas in MS Teams in a browser. After authenticating, switch back to the desktop app as the integration works as expected afterward.

            I have some updates. There is a bug in a Microsoft Teams lib that is used. This causes broken login flow.

            The team said that you can try now to login into the app. Type login command in the chat with the app and login from the received card

            I have tried to use Teams Classic on the browser and receive the following error messages:

            I just get a spinning wheel.  The version we have in our Teams Admin is 1.5 which matches the latest version available.

            I tried using old classic teams and tried to login but still np luck, any

            It's a known issue after releasing Microsoft Teams v2. There is a problem in the desktop application, especially if a user is logged in several Microsoft Teams accounts.

             

            As a workaround to sign in to Atlas application, you can use the browser version of Microsoft Teams. After that, you can continue using the desktop Microsoft Teams application.
