Goals directory infinite loading when filtering with multiple teams

      Issue Summary

      When filtering Goals by several teams, results don't finish loading. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Goals
      2. Add a Team filter and see the results load 
      3. Add a few more Teams to the filter and see how results never load

      Expected Results

      Goals are filtered by multiple teams

      Actual Results

      The results never finish loading. 

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
