Allow dates synced from Atlas to Jira to reflect on the timeline without the need for a status update

      Problem

      The dates of issues synced from Atlas appear faded out in the timeline view indicating that the end date has not been defined until there is a status update

      Suggested Solution

      None

      Why This Is Important

      It is not intuitive that target dates can be seen on a list view, but on the timeline view target dates are not reflected unless the project has had a status update.
