User Problem

The current Goals search experience only supports basic text and predefined filters. Users managing large number of Goals need the ability to construct precise, combinable queries (similar to JQL) to find specific goals by status, owner, type, custom fields, and more.

Suggested Solutions

Implement a structured query language for the Goals UI.

Current Workarounds

• Use the existing filter options available in the Goals UI to narrow down results one filter at a time

• Users with API access can use the `goals_search` GraphQL query with a `searchString` parameter for more complex queries
