      User Problem

Teams use the goal activity feed to stay across how goals evolve without relying on manual check-ins or interrupting owners. At the moment, the feed only tracks five event types: ownership, timeline, identity, progress status, and followers. This means meaningful changes go unrecorded, and teams can't audit what actually happened to a goal's attributes or underlying metrics.

Two specific events that don't get tracked:

      • Custom field changes
      • KR metric updates

      Suggested Solutions

Expand the goal activity feed to log a broader set of change events, so that any meaningful update to a goal or its linked key results is captured as a timestamped, attributed entry. At a minimum, this should include custom field value changes and KR metric updates.
