Error message verbiage for adding and removing a Jira work item to a Goal without Jira edit permissions doesn't correctly reflect issue

      Issue Summary

      Error message verbiage for adding and removing a Jira work item to a Goal without Jira edit permissions doesn't correctly reflect the issue that the user doesn't have edit permissions.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Note: Ensure the user does not have edit permissions in the Jira space.

      In Focus app:
      1. Open Focus area
      2. Go to Goals tab
      3. Select linked Goal - which opens preview panel
      4. Open Jira tab
      5. Add a Jira work item

      Error message: You are unable to access this Jira work item. Try pasting a link you have permission to see.

      In Goals app:
      1. Open goal
      2. Go to Jira tab
      3. Add Jira work item

      Error message: You are unable to access this Jira work item. Try pasting a link you have permission to see.

      Removing Jira work item:
      In Focus Goals Preview panel -

      1. Try to remove the linked Jira work item from the goal

      Error message:
      _Could not remove Jira work item
      Something went wrong, try again in a few minutes._

      Expected Results

      Error message verbiage correctly reflects the issue that the user does not have edit permissions in Jira.

      In the Jira app - users without edit Jira issue permissions don't have the option to add or remove Jira work items/goals at all.

      Actual Results

      When adding a Jira work item to a goal, error message currently states:
      You are unable to access this Jira work item. Try pasting a link you have permission to see.

      When removing a Jira work item from a goal, error message currently states:
      Could not remove Jira work item
      Something went wrong, try again in a few minutes.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
