Issue Summary

When a Team is added to a Pending, Paused, or Cancelled Project, it doesn't appear in the Team profile. It only shows up once the Project moves to On Track, Off Track, At Risk, or Completed. This prevents teams from tracking work that is not yet in flight.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a Team as a contributor to a Project
2. Change the project to an inactive status (Pending, Paused, Cancelled)
3. Check the team's profile page

Expected Results

There is an option to see all Projects associated with that team, even if they're not active.

Actual Results

Only active Projects appear.

Workaround

Filter by Team in the Project directory.
