Issue Summary

Currently, it is not possible to sort Goals in the Goals directory by numeric custom fields. This limits teams’ ability to prioritize and compare goals based on quantitative attributes they track (e.g., priority score, impact, effort).

Adding the ability to sort by numeric custom fields in the Goals directory would make it easier to scan, rank, and make decisions on goals directly within the product.

Workaround

Use the field as a column + filter:

You can add your numeric custom field as a column in the Goals directory and filter down to the set of goals you care about. This doesn’t replace true sorting, but can make it easier to scan and compare.
