Update the metric values or progress of a linked Goal based on the fields of related Jira work items (for example, status)

Steps to Reproduce

1)Create a metric.
2)Add metrics as needed.
3)Link one of the Jira work items to the Goal.
4)Update the progress of the Goal based on a Jira field (for example, status).

Expected Results

Update the metric values or progress of a linked Goal based on the fields of related Jira work items (for example, status)

Actual Results

As of now, metric progress is based on the success measure.
