In JSM Operations, it is not possible to add the service account as a team member or assign it a role

      Issue Summary

      In JSM Operations, the service account cannot be added as a team member or assigned a role.

      It looks like the service accounts directory is not linked to JSM Operations to be added to Teams or JSM Ops Roles.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a service account;
      2. Grant the service account JSM agent, JSM Ops admin, JSM Admin permissions;
      3. Even with all permissions granted, the service account is not listed to be added to JSM Ops Teams.

      Expected Results

      With the user agent role, the service accounts should be listed to be added to teams or roles.

      Actual Results

      The service accounts are not listed to be added in JSM Operations features.

      Workaround

      It is possible to add the service accounts to the teams via public/teams/v1/org/:orgId/teams/:teamId/members/add API endpoint. Reference doc Add a set of membership(s).
