Issue Summary

The Atlassian Home app for Slack does not allow a person to submit updates for Projects or Goals where they are not the owner. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install the Atlassian Home Slack app: https://atlassian.slack.com/marketplace/A01DHKJTX3N-atlassian-home
2. enter the /atlassian update command
3. attempt to find a Goal or Project where you are a contributor

Expected Results

I can update Goals and Projects where I am a contributor from the Atlassian Home app in Slack

Actual Results

I am only able to update Goals and Projects where I am the owner

Workaround

Update from within the web app, rather than through Slack, or reassign ownership of the Goal or Project
