As an Atlassian Home user, I want to delete an Atlassian Home Workspace without deleting a cloud site

      User Problem

      Customers would like to be able to delete their AH Workspaces without needing to delete their cloud site; this option is associated with ensuring their Workspace is pinned to the same server location their cloud site(data residency).

      Suggested Solutions

      We should allow users to be able to delete their AH Workspaces without needing to delete their entire cloud site.
