Issue Summary

Hey, team, a customer reported that they get an error when trying to re-add a Jira Epic link to a Goal using a copied link from the clipboard.

I tested things on my personal site, and I was able to reproduce both issues, and here's the screen recording from my test:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Link a Jira Epic to Goal, copy the link to the linked Epic from the Goals page, and delete the linked issue
2. Then, try linking the Epic again using the copied link from the clipboard. 

Expected Results

The Epic should be linked successfully. 

Actual Results

The user gets an error when relinking the Epic using the link from the clipboard.
