In certain scenarios, users utilize custom fields to capture specific pieces of information that default ones don’t cover, giving them some flexibility in using their internal vocabulary. However, when users make updates to these custom fields, none of the Goal followers receive any information that these fields were updated, which can prevent them from being up-to-date on the progress of the Goal

We need to explore options that let followers of a Goal receive notifications when custom fields change, akin to how users currently send manual updates to all followers.

Users can manually send an update to their Goal to inform all followers that there was an update on the custom fields.
