Issue Summary

After creating a saved view for your projects and setting up the filters you want on your view, including how you want your projects sorted, the saved view will change its sorting from whichever option you've selected to "Sort by following " and will not give you the option to change it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Projects on the Atlassian Home
2. Select a few filters to filter your projects, and change the sorting to "Target Date"
3. Save the view
4. Now, you'll see that the newly created view's sorting option has defaulted back to "Following" instead of keeping "Target Date" as selected. 

Expected Results

The sorting option should be the same one the customer has selected when they created the saved view for their Projects

Actual Results

The sorting option is reverting back to "Following" regardless of the option the customer used to create their saved view.

Workaround

Users can still filter their projects and sort them as they like without saving it as a Project View

In the new navigation - views can also be created by selecting the + button that appears inline with the tabs for saved views. The workaround for now would be to recreate any affected views using the + button.
