Issue Summary

When using the "Mark all as read" option on the Notification page, notifications still appear as unread after a page refresh.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to the Notifications page and select "Mark all as read"
Refresh the page

Expected Results

Notifications are marked as read

Actual Results

Notifications appear as unread again

Workaround

Wait for approximately a minute, refresh the page again to reflect the applied "Mark all as read" option.
