Issue Summary

The Goals app shortcut is bit available in the new navigation. Even if the 'Goals' is enabled, it doesn't appear in the app shortcuts.

Steps to Reproduce

Enable the New navigation
Go back to Home to go to Goals

Expected Results

You can find Goals in the Apps section

Actual Results

The Goals app is missing

Workaround

Turn off the new navigation in the Atlassian Home Workspace settings.
