      Issue Summary

When a user is added to Jira, they're automatically added as a User in the associated Organization, and can see all Kudos/Teams/Tags. Sometimes an organization admin wants to add an external user/contractor/client to Jira without exposing their Kudos/Teams/Tags, as those might contain sensitive company information.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Give a person product access to Jira as a User
      2. Ask the person to go to home.atlassian.com

      Expected Results

As an organization admin, I can prevent some users from seeing all Kudos/Teams/Tags. Perhaps a setting that allows only managed users to see them? Or the ability to make them private, and only visible by invitation? Not sure the best solution.

      Actual Results

All Users in an Organization can see Kudos/Teams/Tags.

      Workaround

      No known workaround.
