Project and Goals user access granted after opting out of Platform Experiences

      Issue Summary

      After opting out of Platform Experiences, Projects and Goals remain visible as products in https://admin.atlassian.com (Reported under this bug) and when I grant a license to Jira to any of my users they're also shown as having the user role for Goals and Projects.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Opt out of Platform Experiences in a site that also has Jira as a product
      2. Check that Goals and Project still show as products
      3. Select a user from the Directory to open their profile page
      4. Click on Grant access
      5. Grant the user role for Jira in the dropdown

      Expected Results

      Just access for Jira should be granted

      Actual Results

      Once the user role for Jira is selected, User is also shown next to Projects and Goals. There's no way to prevent the Projects and Goals showing the Users role.
