Issue Summary

Clicking on smartlink card / embed to open Home project and goals opens a serially increasing number of new tabs with the new link in some cases.

Steps to Reproduce

1. When you open the Goal's tab, click on the three dots > Copy link
2. Open a Confluence page, past the link, and change the view to the third one... the more expanded one (card) (image attached)
3. Open one of the sub-goals, it'll open the Goal in a new tab
4. Go back to the Confluence page, right-click on the link expanded > back
5. Click on another sub-goal, for the customer they see two tabs being open, and if they performed the process one more time they'll see 3 tabs and so on.

Expected Results

Clicking the link once should open one new tab

Actual Results

Clicking the link starts to open multiple links, increading by one each time you click.

Workaround

Closing the additional tabs
