User Problem
Currently, data populated within Atlas, such as user managers, are not available in other parts of Jira (for example, within automation rules).
Suggested Solutions
Provide any solution that would allow users to fetch this information, such as REST APIs (outside of organization admin scope) or smart values.
Current Workarounds
The available workaround is to populate manager information in a user entity property, which can be quite time-consuming depending on the number of users.
