Clicking "Sign up now" to get access to goals after deleting an organization takes us to Atlassian Admin for the deleted organization

      Issue Summary

      When we access Atlassian Home and try to sign up for Goals after an organization has been deleted, it may take us to Atlassian Admin for the deleted organization instead of the correct organization.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Delete an Atlassian Organization.
      2. Access home.atlassian.com and select a site in a different organization that doesn't have Goals.
      3. Click "Sign up now" to get early access to goals.

      Expected Results

      It should open admin.atlassian.com for the organization of the site that we selected before.

      Actual Results

      It opens admin.atlassian.com for the deleted organization.

      Workaround

      We can access admin.atlassian.com for the correct organization, then go to Settings, Platform Experiences, and opt in for the proper site.
