Issue Summary

When linking goals to issues in Jira, the Goals page (e.g. https://SITENAME.atlassian.net/jira/software/projects/WORKSPACEKEY/goals) doesn't show linked goals right away, it can take a while for linked goals to show here.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a goal
2. Link this goal to a Jira issue
3. Go to the Goals page in Jira

Expected Results

The linked goal should be shown on this page once they're linked.

Actual Results

It can take at least 5 minutes if not longer for the Goals page to update and show the new goal that's been linked to a Jira issue.
