      User Problem

      Users want to easily update goals and projects in their preferred formats that their teams are already using. Currently, they save templates in different locations, and with weekly updates, they waste a lot of time copying and pasting templates from these areas. There's also a lack of consistency within the team in terms of using the same update format.

      Suggested Solutions

      Allow users to create custom templates for goals and projects.

      Current Workarounds

      Save the templates using other tools, then copy and paste them into the update editor.

            I was just thinking about this last week! The Atlassian provided ones aren't bad, however when you have a large organization that needs certain common reporting that follows suite with how things have been reported historically, adopting to the new tool is easier when we can minimize the change by adopting the tool first and reusing existing 'templates' from the company.
