Issue Summary

Currently, Jira Filters offer 3 Goals options to filter issues which is confusing for users.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Filters in Jira
2. Select "More" to add new filters and start typing "Goal"

Expected Results

Users can see only 1 option for Goals

Actual Results

There are 3 options for Goal filtering (see attached screenshot).

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
