[ATLAS-121] Remove the 280-character limit for updates

The transition to a limited character update has been great for our org. It took an adjustment but project updates are now clear, concise, and get to the point - allowing stakeholders/followers to pick up the key message that week without a meandering story containing the blow-by-blow of activity. As an owner, you have the option to add the additional note without the character constraint.

Hi 5479fe2c9e8b, I was searching for some Atlas work in progress by Atlassian and happened to see this. Users can utilize the /note function to write an update as long as they want (that is also in the templates as "Long Update" if you pick it before writing). It collapses that section in the digests/feeds/channel connections. Always a challenge to try to keep to under 280, but maybe you can try a short blurb at the top under 280 with more details collapsed in the note. Hopefully that helps you and anyone else running into this!
