Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new project
2. Update the project by adding a new target date, it'll show up as you had a target set to the day the project was created, giving you the impression the project is due.
   
   

Expected Results

The date being set to the new day, and didn't show up as it had a date prior.

Actual Results

You see the date changing from the day the project was created to the new date set.

Workaround

None
