As an admin, I'd like to be able to merge Atlassian Teams

      There are many ways Teams can get duplicated in the Cloud (like ATLAS-96), so I would like the ability to consolidate such Atlassian Teams in the cloud.

            This would be very helpful for my company as after migrating to cloud, we found that we have multiple teams with the same name, and need those teams as they are assigned different issues.
