Support Manager Sync from Azure/Entra to Reporting Lines with SCIM Id

      Currently the manager sync feature is supported for Microsoft Azure/Entra by mapping 2 attribute: 

       

      Azure Atlassian
      manager urn:ietf:params:scim:schemas:extension:enterprise:2.0:User:manager
      objectId externalId

      Reduce required configuration by supporting manager id matching to the SCIM id instead, making the objectId -> externalId unnecessary to configure
