I would love to be able to show a custom field that's created for our workflow (called: Bug Score)!

Agreed, seeing the resolution would be very useful. To get that would IMHO not require a wholesale customization of everything, maybe that particular field could just be added? Or give the ability to customize one extra field? Whatever it takes to move this something to be considered.

As Christian says, it would be great to be able to customise what appeared in the summary.

The "Basic" version actually provides a better summary for notifications, as it includes the issue number and description; whereas the "Extended" version includes these elsewhere, and so they don't appear in notifications.

would love to be able to remove summary or have custom text (predefined) in place of the summary. Automatically generated tickets can be quite messy with summary included in slack, and eats up alot of space.

Being able to add the Assignee field to the notification would be helpful.
