Current State:

There is currently no visibility into the health of outbound alert/notification delivery from Atlassian to Slack. When Slack message deliveries fail silently, teams unaware of the issue until end users begin reporting missed notifications

Proposed Future State:

Introduce delivery telemetry for outbound Atlassian-to-Slack notifications, providing teams with the ability to monitor message delivery trends, detect failures or anomalies in real time, and configure fallback notification channels to ensure critical alerts are never silently lost.
