Issue Summary

When trying to rearrange fields in the Jira Cloud for Sheets app, the drag and drop does not work.

The field that is being moved remains AS IS. Instead, the field right above it is moved to the desired position

Steps to Reproduce

This is not reproduced consistently and is intermittent

Expected Results

The field that is being moved should be rearranged to the desired position

Actual Results

The field does not get moved and instead the field above it is moved.
