Add REST APIs to manage Jira–Slack channel connections (list/create/update/delete)

      We need a documented REST API to manage Jira–Slack integrations programmatically.

      Required capabilities:

      • List all Slack connections for a site/project/issue (including workspace, channel, and subscription details).
      • Create and update connections (change target workspace/channel and event filters).
      • Delete single or bulk connections (by project, workspace, or channel).

      This is needed to automate migrations and decommissioning of Slack workspaces without manually reconfiguring each Jira project/issue.
