Improve the JQL Filter overall experience on Jira Slack Integration

      Currently, the Basic filter allows very limited options to select from Drop downs.

      Switcihing to JQL users have more freedom, but not all functionalities from the default Jira JQL search, for example, converting user IDs to smart links with user information.
