Issue Summary

customer is facing a limit with JIRA CLOUD for excel. They use JIRA cloud for EXCEL to get informations and stats on their activity. They had no problems until a few days ago : all the 26xxx or 27xxx issues where loaded ~ now, only 19xx issues are loaded
if you put a limit to 20000, the firs 20000 issues are properly loaded

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1
   Go to Excel & try to invoke/interact with Jira-Cloud for Excel
2. Step 2
   Try to export more than 25,000 records
3. Step 3
   Only 19k issues are being loaded

Expected Results

All results should be loaded

The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:

Workaround

Users can use Google sheets for the time being but currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
