      Problem Definition

      When creating Jira work items from Slack, little to no formatting is supported. 

      Suggested Solution

      Allow rich text or ADF formatting when creating Jira work items from Slack. It would be great if the same or a similar toolbar to edit the description field were available in the pop-up in Slack integrations. 

      Why this is important

      Formatting is useful, especially for bigger descriptions, or lists with bullet points, etc. This is already available in Jira, but not yet in the integration.
