Issue Summary

The Jira Cloud for Outlook add-in is not visible or available in Microsoft GCC/GCCH environments is due to security and compliance restrictions. These environments require specific certifications and OAuth 2.0 authentication flows that the add-in does not currently support. As a result, Microsoft restricts the deployment and visibility of add-ins that don't meet these requirements in the GCC/GCCH tenant app stores.

At this time, the add-in is only available in the Microsoft 365 commercial cloud and is not published to the Azure Government Marketplace.

Actual Result

The Jira Cloud for Outlook add-in is not visible or available in Microsoft GCC/GCCH environments.

Expected Result

The Jira Cloud for Outlook add-in is visible as well on GCC/GCCH environments for this use.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
