According to Introducing AI Work Creation from Slack, we have a new Jira Cloud for Slack feature called "AI Summarize" that allows users to summarize a Slack thread and create a Jira issue based on it.

As a Jira Cloud for Slack user, I would like that once I am used to the feature to summarize a thread and create a Jira issue, I could use the same feature to summarize new threads and add them to the Jira issue as new comments.

In summary, right now we can use the "AI Summarize" feature to create Jira issues, while we can't use it to create comments on existing issues.
